Quality handmade leather goods for the environmentally aware person. Who wants to buy unique products, that are made to last, and made from leather tanned in a sustainable way without using chemicals.
Every product is handmade and designed in my Melrose based workshop, in the heart of the Scottish Borders.
Inspiration for the unique designs are taken from my beautiful surrounding countryside.
Care is taken to use top quality and durable materials, as sustainably and locally sourced as possible. Using British vegetable tanned leather and British made solid brass fittings to make quality products that you can enjoy using every day.
Oakwood Burn Belt
Oakwood Burn Range
Made from beautiful oak tanned leather from the last tannery in Britain still using oak bark to tan leather. It takes longer to tan using oak bark, up to 15 months, but it makes a stronger leather.
This beautiful leather is used for all my belts.
The offcuts from the belts are used to make top quality keyring.

Made from luxurious, soft British tanned calfskin.. This beautiful leather is thin and yet still strong making it the perfect leather to make slim journals, wallets and card holders.
The offcuts from the larger items are used to make my popular page cuffs.

Everything is designed and handmade
by myself in my small workshop in Melrose in the Scottish Borders.
Care and attention to detail is given to every product from the hand-stitched belt to the hand-tooled keyring. I want you to enjoy using your products for many years.
All my products can be personalised with a design or initials.
